Welcome to Saqe ("Website," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using our website, courses, coaching services, opt-in forms, and other offerings - paid and free - you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. Please review them carefully.

1. General Overview

Saqe provides self-study courses, coaching services, and related offerings designed for personal growth and transformation. These Terms & Conditions apply to all current and future offerings - free and paid.

By purchasing or accessing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Email Community Member Rights and Obligations

Anyone can post comments and engage with publicly available content on Saqe's website. However, users who choose to sign up for a freebie, opt in on the website, or purchase a paid offering gain access to exclusive content, special opportunities, and promotional offers as members of the email community.

Registered users either on the website or in the email community are expected to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep their account information up to date. Additionally, users must not share account credentials, as each account is intended for individual use only. Saqe reserves the right to remove a user’s account for breaching the Terms of Use or due to prolonged inactivity.

2. Course & Coaching Offerings

2.1 Self-Study Courses and Programs

Courses are self-paced and designed for independent study unless otherwise specified.
Course content may include structured lessons, guided exercises, and optional coaching opportunities.
Any interactions with Saqe as part of an offering (e.g., early access feedback submissions) are detailed within each offering's specific guidelines.

2.2 Coaching Services

Coaching (video or email-based) is available as an optional add-on to course participants at a separate cost.
Pricing for coaching is subject to change, both during and after course launches.
Payment for coaching is due after session completion. A payment link will be provided upon completion.
Clients must complete payment before scheduling new sessions.
If dissatisfied, clients must communicate concerns within 72 hours of receiving a payment request. At Saqe’s discretion, a follow-up session may be offered at no additional cost, or payment may be waived. Refunds are generally not issued once payment is made.

2.3 Cancellation Policy for Live Coaching Sessions

Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of a live coaching session.
If rescheduling or canceling with less than 24 hours' notice, clients should do their best to notify Saqe as soon as possible.
No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in Saqe declining to offer future services.
There are no fees or penalties for cancellations, but consistent failure to attend scheduled sessions may impact future coaching availability.
Saqe reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide reasonable notice when possible.

2.4 Lifetime Access

Course or program participants retain lifetime access to any course material they have purchased or been given access to by Saqe.

2.5 Additions and Extra Content

Course participants may receive additional content or opportunities after their original purchase as a way to serve deeper. These add-ons or opportunities will be communicated and participants are free to choose whether to engage with them or not. In some cases, these offerings will come at an additional cost (but always be optional).

3. Early Access/Free Trial Participation

Some offerings may offer an early access or free trial period where selected participants receive the full offering at no cost in exchange for providing structured feedback.
Access to the full offering is gradual and contingent upon submitting feedback forms at designated stages.
Participants who fail to submit required feedback will not receive further course access but will maintain access to anything they've accessed already. There is no obligation to continue if they choose not to provide feedback.
Early access spots are limited and not guaranteed upon application.
Early access participants retain lifetime access to any course material they have unlocked by completing feedback submissions.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

For any purchases made on our websites, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Payment must be made in the currency specified during the purchase process unless other options are available during the check-out process.
All course and coaching prices are subject to change at any time, including during and after launch phases.
Early access participants will receive future add-ons or opportunities equally to paid customers. In some cases, these offerings will come at an additional cost to everyone (but always be optional).
Payments for coaching sessions (video or email) must be completed before booking the next session. Saqe holds the right to cancel coaching sessions if the customer has not paid for their previous session (unless otherwise agreed as per the Refund & Non-Payment Policy).
Discounts or promotional rates are offered at Saqe’s discretion and may change at any time.

5. Refund & Non-Payment Policy

Digital offerings: Due to the nature of digital content, purchases of courses or other digital offerings are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Coaching: Payments for coaching sessions (video or email) are due post-session. Clients dissatisfied with a session must communicate their concerns within 72 hours for consideration of a waived payment or complementary follow-up session.
Non-Payment: Clients with unpaid coaching balances will not be eligible for future sessions until outstanding payments are resolved.
Repeated instances of non-payment or misuse of the policy may result in the denial of future services at Saqe’s discretion.

6. Community Guidelines

Our community operates best when users adhere to our guidelines:

Respect all applicable laws and refrain from unlawful activities.
Avoid posting content that infringes on intellectual property rights, promotes violence, or contains hate speech.
Refrain from spamming or engaging in commercial activities.
Stay on topic when posting comments.
Do not impersonate others or interfere with website operations.
Report any inappropriate content you encounter.

7. Age Restrictions

Our website is intended for individuals aged 13 years or older. If you are under 13, please review these terms with a parent or guardian.

8. Account Information

Registered Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Each account is for individual use only, and sharing access credentials is prohibited.
