We often end up blaming ourselves for other people's actions, reactions, and feelings and we get so caught up in it all that we lose ourselves and end up feeling terrified of “doing the wrong thing” because of someone else’s potential reaction. 


But the truth is, you are not responsible for someone else's actions, words, and reactions and in this video I’m going to show you why, even if it doesn’t always seem that way, their reaction actually has nothing to do with you.
