Self-sabotage is such a common thing that gets in the way of creating a life that we truly love - and feeling worthy of having. Even though there are lots of obstacles that can show up in our path to a more empowering and energizing life, our own thoughts and beliefs are usually the biggest obstacles of them all.
I know from my own experience, that there was no way I could’ve gotten out of depression and burnout without changing how I viewed myself and my own worth, so that’s what this video is all about: We’ll dive into different self-sabotaging traps that a lot of us fall into and how we can get ourselves out of them.
